On April 8, 2014 the Physical Training and Sports Department of the Novosibirsk Region represented by Head of the Department Vyacheslav Bratsev, Physical Training Directorate at the City Hall of Novosibirsk represented by the Head of the Directorate Sergey Akhapov, All-Russian Union of Non-Governmental Associations ‘Russian Martial Arts Union’ represented by the President of the Novosibirsk Branch Yevgeny Pokrovsky, and Limited-Liability Company ‘Siberia Expo Centre’ represented by the Executive Director Alexey Vyatkin signed a cooperation agreement.

All-Russian Combat Festival to Be Held in Novosibirsk
On April 10-13 Novosibirsk will become the centre of sports events. The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex will be hosting All-Russian Combat Festival. Four thousand athletes from the Siberian, North-West, Ural, and the Far East Federal Districts will arrive in the capital of Siberia to take part in the Festival.

The first open qualifying regional Championship World Skills Russia 2014 has officiallystarted in Novosibirsk. CodeFest 2014 Brought a Record-Breaking Amount of Participants to the Novosibirsk Expo centre
Conference for IT specialists working in the sphere of project development, testing, and management CodeFest was conducted in Novosibirsk for the fifth time, and it was the 3rd conference held at the Novosibirsk Expocentre International Exhibition Complex.
