Engineering Design Agreement

Technical control is performed to ensure safety of people present at the pavilions and temporary structures (exhibition stands, temporary facilities, stage complexes, and other structures) at the territory of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex during the mounting-dismounting work and at the time of exhibitions and/or events.

The checking of design and technical documentation and technical control related to the placement and installation of temporary structures (exhibition stands, stage complexes, exhibits, machinery, and technological equipment) must be performed by the Supervision Service of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex.

• 15 workdays prior to the beginning of ‘The Total Period of Conducting the Event’ for the construction of one-story stands;
• 30 workdays prior to the beginning of ‘The Total Period of Conducting the Event’ for the construction of two-story stands.

In case the application period is violated, the price of services is increased from 50% to 100%.
