All Facets of the Hospitality Industry at the Horex Siberia Exhibition
On April 9 – 11 the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex will be hosting one of the largest events in Siberia and the Far East in HoReCa segment – HorexSiberia Exhibition. It will be held in parallel with the Beer Fair of Siberia.
According to the information provided by the event organizer, ITE Siberia Company, the exhibitions will feature 82 companies from 13 cities of Russia as well as participants from Australia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. Food and trade industry equipment will be presented by such companies as ‘Atlanta Service’, ‘Klyon’, ‘ARASN’, ‘Business Rus’, ‘Irtysh’, ‘Equipment Trade House’, ‘The Northern Engineering Company’; business process automation systems for HoReCa – ‘Aquabyte’, ‘DataCrat’, food products from ‘Alligator’, ‘Marr Russia’ ‘Novy Vostok (New East)’, ‘Lantmannen Unibake’.
The event will be held in parallel with the Beer Fair of Siberia. The Fair will feature equipment for beer factories from Destila (Czech Republic), Agrometal (Hungary), ‘Vester’, ‘Technofilter’; beverage bottling equipment Anticoro Babik Josef; materials and ingredients for beverage production – ‘Maltzgroup’, ‘Fort’, ‘Belsolod’, ‘Souffle Malt Plant’; beer and beverages - ‘The Bochkari Beer Factory’, Kellers Brewery, Gewiner Brewery, ‘Lobanov’s Brewery’. Efremoff Company Group will present popular beer brands from Australia – Fourex (XXXX) and Touheys.
The Exhibitions will be accompanied by an extensive business program including the traditional Summer Cooking Cup – a qualification competition for the 12th Cooking and Service Championship of Russia organized by the Novosibirsk Region Industry and Trade Ministry, the Siberian Guild of Chefs and Confectioners, and ITE Siberia Company. The jury of the competition will be presided over by Maksim Syrnikov, historian, author of seven books about the Russian cuisine, President of the Fund for the Revival of the Russian Cuisine ‘Russian Kitchen’.
The Professional Contest of Beer Quality SiBEERia 2014 will take place on April 9th and 10th as part of the Beer Fair of Siberia. The event will be held to support the traditions of beer-brewing, new technologies, and a creative app0roach to beer-making as well as contribute to the growth of competitiveness among regional products.
In addition to that, on April 9th the 3rd International Forum ‘Relevant Problems and Prospects of the Beer Market’ will take place. Interregional Contest of Bartenders ‘Siberian BeerEXPERT Cup’ will be held on April 10th. The contest will help choose the best bartenders that demonstrate professionalism in handling beer and beer-based drinks and promote the principles of responsible beer consumption. On April 10th the Beer Gourmet Workshop will be held for the first time. The Workshop will be devoted to cooking dishes that contain beer (for example, crawfish with tomato and beer marinade or beeramisu – tiramisu based on dark beer).
