A modern exhibition is a complex event that alongside the exposition itself can include an extensive congress, business, and entertainment program. The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex has all capabilities to host some of the largest exhibition projects at the territory of Siberia and the Far East of Russia.
The total exposition area of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex is 27,000 sq. m.
The indoor exhibition area of the complex is comprised of two spacious halls – Pavilion A and Pavilion B.
- Pavilion A – 7,200 sq. m;
- Pavilion B – 7,200 sq. m;
- Storage facilities – 3,300 sq.m.
The adjacent territory of the complex includes an equipped outdoor exposition territory with an area of 12,600 sq.m, which can be used for conducting exhibitions and shows that include large machinery, as well as the accompanying entertainment programs.
The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex fully complies with modern requirements imposed on exhibition and congress halls. The complex was constructed to take in exhibits and exhibitions of practically any weight, size, and design: large objects can be carried inside using motor vehicles; it is also possible to demonstrate heavy exhibits, use loading-unloading equipment, and machines.
- Expanded size of the loading gate at Pavilion A is 5.0x5.0 m, the size of the loading gate at Pavilion B is 4.4x4.4 m;
- Maximum permissible floor loading is 6 tons per sq. m;
- Ceiling height is 10 m.
The pavilion ceiling truss system allows suspending equipment of up to 100 kg at any point of the exhibition halls.
Innovative Technical Solutions
The equipment installed at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex can compete with the world’s best exhibition venues. The used engineering solutions allow for fast connection to all types of necessary equipment with the required capacity at any point of the exhibition halls. It is possible to enable the supply of power, compressed air, and connection to the water supply system.
The complex has modern and user-friendly video, audio, and computer equipment installed, all types of communications equipment, and Internet access.
Multifunctional Congress and Business Area
The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex provides a system of large and small conference halls with a total capacity of up to 1,500 people for the exhibition organizers to conduct congress and business events, negotiation rooms, and recreational areas for informal conversations.
A wide range of professional presentation, audio and video equipment, systems for conducting videoconferences, simultaneous translation, congress systems are available for rent.
Complex Implementation of Projects
The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex provides a full range of services related to organizational and technical support of exhibition projects: design and construction of stands, installation of advertising materials, engineering maintenance, logistics, catering services.
