Expert Ophthalmologists Presented the Results of Their Research in the Eyesight Medicine Sphere

The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex hosted the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference ‘Fundamental Research in Ophthalmology’.The Conference had been timed to coincide with the 25^th Anniversary of the Novosibirsk department of The Academician S.N. Fyodorov Inter-Branch Scientific and Technical Complex ‘Eye Microsurgery’.   

Drifters from the City of Krasnoyarsk Became the Winners at the 2nd Stage of the Russian Drift Series - Siberia

Last weekend the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex became a place for a hot contest again. The best drifters from Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk, Irkutsk, and Novokuznetsk were struggling for two days to earn points at the championship. The racers tried to impress referees and spectators with their skillful driving along the track.  

The Technological Development of Russia Will be Ensured by the Course Towards ‘Total Import Substitution’

Novosibirsk is again hosting the International Forum of Technological Development ‘Technoprom - 2014’. For two days representatives of the scientific community, authorities, and journalists were looking for solutions that would ensure the leadership of the Russian economy. The Forum was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Government Dmitry Rogozin. During his speech he noted that Russia is expecting a technological breakthrough. That is largely conditioned by the complicated political situation in the world. 

Siberian Venture Fair Opened in Novosibirsk

The opening of the 8th Siberian Venture Fairtook place at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex. The Fair is held as part of the International Forum of Technological Development ‘Technoprom - 2014’. Over 40 companies were selected to take part in the Fair. Participating companies operate in 8 spheres: electric power, biotechnologies, nanotechnologies, IT technologies, equipment engineering, medicine, agriculture. 

Attaining Technological Leadership of the Russian Economy Will Be Discussed in Novosibirsk at the International Forum 'TECHNOPROM'

On June 5-6, 2014 the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex will be hosting the 2^nd International Forum of Technological Development ‘TECHNOPROM’.

Topic of the Forum is ‘The Epoch of Technological Transformations: Time of New Victories’.

Goal of the Forum is strengthening strategic alliances and creating new partnerships in the hi-tech sphere between scientists, investors, businesses, development institutes, experts, chiefs of state and municipal authorities. The main results and decisions reached at the Forum are to confirm that Russia has actively entered the time phase of breakthrough technologies.

The organization committee of the Forum will be presided over by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Government Dmitry Rogozin. 

Drift Contest for the Cup of the Novosibirsk Automobile Federation Took Place at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex

The end of spring in Novosibirsk did not bring warm weather, yet we were able to enjoy hot drift! On May 31 the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex hosted a drift contest. Over 30 racers from Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Barnaul, the Town of Ob arrived in the capital of Siberia to fight and become the best of the best. The tough struggle helped determine the winner of the contest – Maksim Rakin, a drifter from Novosibirsk,(start number 72, Nissan Silvia S15), Artur Volchansky (Novosibirsk, start number 69, Toyota Altezza)took second place, third place was taken by Maksim Yakubitsky (Novosibirsk, start number 40, Nissan Silvia). 

The International Children’s Day Was Celebrated by a Grand Holiday in Novosibirsk

The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex hosted a holiday for children devoted to the International Children’s Day. Over 4,000 children and their parents visited the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex on June 1^st. 

‘Childhood Island’ Holiday to Be Held in Novosibirsk

On June 1, Children’s Day the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex will turn into ‘Childhood Island’ - a grand holiday that coincides with the 75^th anniversary of the Novosibirsk District.

The holiday organized by the Administration of the Novosibirsk District and the Siberia Expo Company will become the first vibrant chord of the summer and offer its visitors an extensive cultural, sports, and entertainment program for children of all ages.
