Results of the Contest ‘Dignified Image of Russian Business’ Will Be Announced at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex

On May 29 the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex will be hosting the final stage of the best managerial practices contest ‘Dignified Image of Russian Business’ during which the winners will be announced.

The expert commission selected 15 finalist companies of the contest.

The winners will be announced in 3 nominations: ‘Heart of Gold’, ‘Leader of the Changes’, and ‘Precious Contribution’.

The nomination ‘Heart of Gold’ will be awarded to a business person, non-governmental organization or a fund that implements charity, cultural and social projects most effectively.

The nomination ‘Leader of the Changes’ will be awarded to a small or medium-sized business striving to conquer new positions on the market, striving for changes without fear.

The nomination ‘Precious Contribution’ is for large businesses interested in retaining stability, ‘well- defined game rules’, therefore such a company is interested in implementing large-scale social, educative, infrastructural projects.

All the winners will receive diplomas of the contest ‘Dignified Image of Russian Business’ and money prizes equal to 50 thousand rubles.  

The contest ‘Dignified Image of Russian Business’ was first conducted in November 2013 with the support of the Russian Presidential Envoy in the Siberian Federal District. According to the event organizers, the main goal of the contest is increasing the prestige of Russian entrepreneurship.

Companies from the cities of Tomsk, Omsk, Gorno-Altaysk, Novosibirsk, Yurga, Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, Chita, Krasnokamensk, Zabaykalsk, Barnaul, Moscow, Mezhdurechensk Ulan-Ude, as well as villages of Ulagan, Manzherok and Tenga sent 69 applications in total willing participate in the contest.

The companies that wished to take part in the contest had to prepare a video about the best managerial practices, ways of increasing efficiency of certain processes or methods of fulfilling certain tasks at an enterprise.
