A presentation centre for the Novosibirsk region will be built at "Novosibirsk Expocentre"

The stationary presentation centre will be established in the international exhibition centre "Novosibirsk Expocentre".

“Creating a Presentation Centre will increase awareness of the investment potential of the Novosibirsk region among partners, which in turn will lead to further investment in the region's economy and increased tax revenue for the general budget of the region. The draft resolution has obtained the necessary approvals by the pertinent committees of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region,” reported first Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk Region, Alexey Strukov. He submitted to the Government a proposal for an adjustment of $ 30 million rubles to the budget for this year.

According to the concept, the presentation centre will have interactive panels for which special content should be developed, including content about information, social issues and economics. Also in the centre, a negotiations and leisure zone is planned, with mobile racks, front stand and technical premises.

The Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, Mr. Vasily Yurchenko, supported the project, noting that "in the framework of the adopted strategy to increase brand awareness and image consolidation of the region, this work is essential."

The total funding for the long-term program "State support of investment activity in the Novosibirsk region for the period 2012-2021", allotted by the regional budget is of 2.58 billion rubles.
