The Novosibirsk Region civil forum “Civil Dialogue”

‘Innovation without agreement between our citizens is impossible,’ said President of the Regional Legislative Assembly Ivan Moroz in his address to the participants of the Civil Forum. ‘Deputies and legislative officials understand: if the authorities will make all decisions with no agreement and understanding within our society, we will fail to achieve success.            

Our region has large-scale plans concerning innovative development, and deputies place great importance to dialogue with our citizens. Only with our mutual efforts can we achieve the objectives relevant to our region. We are waiting for promising ideas and offers that will be brought up in the course of the Civil Forum.’                                                                                                                                                                                                       

The Novosibirsk Regional Civil Forum “Civil Dialogue” is held for the second time. The Success of the first Civil Forum allowed us to invite civil activists from Novosibirsk and other cities of Russia. Volunteers from Moscow, Samara, Saint Petersburg, areas of the Novosibirsk Region, city and regional non-governmental organizations arranged their stands at the Expocenter. Activists who are to take part in various discussions and meetings will dispute about the role of citizens’ participation in innovative territory development.
