The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex Will Participate in Training the Students of the Siberian Transport University

In July 2014 a cooperation agreement between the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Higher Professional Education ‘Siberian State Transport University’ (STU) and the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex was signed.

The cooperation will be aimed at increasing the effectiveness, improving the programs and methods of professional training, as well as retraining programs for top managers.      

The agreement implies opening a branch of the World Economics and Tourism Department at STU, which, if necessary, will use the facilities of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex to conduct conferences, forums, and roundtable discussions. 

Students and teachers of the department will be participating in the implementation of innovative projects, scientific and commercial research into current and future problems, as well as helping prepare and conduct events held at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex, which will contribute to the formation of the training mechanism aimed at satisfying the relevant needs of exhibition industry in the Novosibirsk Region.

Besides, January 2015 will see the opening of the hotel complex at the territory of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex, where the students of relevant departments will be able to improve their theoretical and practical skills.
