The Grand SKILLET Concert Took Place at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex

The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex has once again become a meeting place for fans of the rock band SKILLET. On November 10 the long-awaited concert from the leaders of Christian rock took place at the Exhibition Complex.

The musicians presented their latest album titled ‘Rise!’ to their Russian fans. About 2,000 people arrived in Novosibirsk from various cities of Siberia to see and hear their favorite band. The Complex started filling with fans eager to get to the concert as early as 12.00 P.M.

At the official webpage called ‘SKILLET Concert in Novosibirsk’ created in ‘VKontakte’ social network fans of SKILLET shared their impressions about the concert they had attended and emphasized the high level of the event.

‘The concert was incredibly great, that’s true! I’ve got a sea of emotions and impressions! The concert is still in my head. I came from another city, together with a friend but I’m glad we made this trip and got to the concert just before my birthday!’ Anastasia Mitroshina told the other fans. Many fans arrived in Novosibirsk from the City of Tomsk. They were also touched by the concert.

‘The concert was hot as fire! A lot of positive energy and emotions! Thanks to the wonderful City of Novosibirsk for such events from all the people of Tomsk! We used to come, we do come, and we’ll continue coming to such well-organized concerts!’ shared her impressions Anastasia Romanova. Some of the fans covered hundreds of kilometers to get to the concert.  

‘That was an amazing evening! A sea of positive energy, plenty of emotions and impressions!!! We don’t feel sorry it took us half a day to travel here and half a night to get back home. John was turning the people on, and the musicians were really squeezing the maximum out of their instruments – that was unforgettable! Fabulous! Thank you!’ remembers Nikiya Guselnikov. We wish to remind you that this was not the first time SKILLET came to Russia. For example, their concert was already held at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex in 2013.
