The Exhibition of Low-Rise Construction and Landscape Design “Siberian Home” Continues at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex

The “Siberian Home” Exhibition is featuring over 100 companies from 17 cities and towns of Russia that offer a wide range of products and services for low-rise construction and landscape design.

Theexposition includes construction and façade finishing materials, wrought fencing elements, interior and outdoor lighting solutions, wood-burning and electric stoves, barbecue grills, lumber and sawn-wood materials, interior objects, “Smart Home” systems, garden sculptures, accessories, and many more. 

The list of participants is comprised of such companies as “Carcass” – fiber-cement panels KMEW from Japan, “Mirta” – the official dealer of Japanese façade panels Nichiha in Siberia, “Flax and Jute Company” – the manufacturer of insulation panels made from natural flax and jute fiber, the companies “Entrance Systems” and “Klinkenburg” – ceramic materials, “Alpha Ceramic” – construction materials, and others.

The Novosibirsk Region Ministry of Construction conducted a roundtable discussion entitled “Housing Programs Being Implemented in the Novosibirsk Region” as part of the business program during the “Siberian Home 2015” Exhibition.

Deputy Chief of the Architecture and Construction Directorate at the Novosibirsk Region Ministry of Construction I.V. Bokova presented the federal program “Homes for Russian Family” aimed at increasing the number of houses being built and supporting certain categories of Russian citizens that need better living conditions.  

The speaker noted that economy class houses are built on territories that were specially selected. Novosibirsk currently has 3 such districts:  

• “RADUZHNY” Housing Complex;
• the Village of Novomarusino;
• Svetly Residential Area.

According to the plan of this housing program, about 3,000 apartments are to be built in Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk Region.

The “Siberian Home” Exhibition will be open for visitors on April 24 – 26. 

Operating Hours of the Exhibition:

April 24 and 25 — from 10:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.

April 26 — from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
