“Smarteka”

A strategic session for the RF federal subjects of the Siberian Federal District to discuss Smarteka systemic initiative implementation takes place on 21 and 22 November at our site.

Smarteka platform aims to search and exchange practices that can promote the realisation of national goals and will help to improve the quality of life.

There are two formats of project implementation:

• Online Platform Format – IT Systems for exchange of practices in the sphere of social and economic development;
• Laboratory Format – a series of offsite events, strategic sessions in regions.

Laboratories mean real cooperation with representatives of federal and regional governmental agencies, representatives of development institutes, business unions, leadership associations, actual practices initiators.

Laboratories aim to select the best practices presented by regions, evaluate expansion prospects, determine barriers that prevent implementation in other subjects of the Russian Federation.

There will be three sections within the laboratory:

• ecology;
• innovations and technologies;
• tourism.
