Russian Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship opening
Russian Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship opening ceremony is taking place tonight in our complex!
3-time Olympic Games winner Aleksandr Karelin, Olympic Games winner Mikhail Mamiashvili, as well as Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy in the Siberian federal district Sergey Menyaylo and Governor of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Travnikov, have delivered welcoming remarks.
The motto of the 2020 Russian Championship is “The Choice of the Strong.”
The Government of the Novosibirsk Region, the Novosibirsk Mayor's office, Russian Wrestling Federation and Novosibirsk Region Wrestling Federation are the organisers of the event. The Renewal Production Pharmaceutical Company has become the title sponsor of the national championship; Komsomolskaya Pravda Novosibirsk Branch, Dacha Radio, OTS Television Company and Russia24 have become the main media partners.
