On 16 November, the second official press conference of the project on Monarch electric car development will be held in Novosibirsk Expo Centre.

A new electric car was born in Russia! The Monarch project started in May 2019. In less than six months, a new team was formed, experts were engaged, designs for Monarch Concept S and Concept SX were created, and prototyping has already started.
