The "Novosibirsk Expocentre" team held a presentation for event organizers

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novosibirsk Expo Centre, Sergei Ryabov; Executive Director, Veronica Shkarban; and the Director of Sales and Coordination of Anastasia Naumova told the participants of the presentation about all the features and services available at the exhibition center, for the organization of events.

Until recently, in Novosibirsk, there was an acute shortage of sites that could hold large-scale events, particularly in a business format. In addition to having direct sites and the necessary infrastructure, a considerable difficulty was is the lack of specialized equipment and technical capabilities, for example, simultaneous translation equipment, and proper lighting equipment.

The fact that these requirements were initially included in the construction of Novosibirsk Expo Centre,  gives reason to believe that it is the new center of city events.

The presentation ended with a tour of the exhibition grounds, in which the participants were shown the conference rooms, exhibition halls, meeting rooms and facilities for interpreters. Guests were able to ask questions concerning the technical capabilities of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre grounds: the total capacity of meeting rooms, the acoustics of exhibition halls and the presence and quantity of professional equipment.

And of course, the most memorable stage of the study tour was a master class on the preparation of authentic Italian pizza from the Chef of “Fresco-Cafe", that organizes catering for the exhibition center.
