‘Today IT technologies are rapidly entering our life. People are using them more and more actively in all the spheres of their activities. I’ve noticed a lot of young people at the exhibition, and I suppose that many of them will become directors and executives. And they will be using our products in their activities, the ones developed by our scientists created with the hands of our specialists working at enterprises’, said the Russian Federation President Envoy in the Siberian Federal District Nikolay Rogozhkin.Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Vladimir Gorodetsky spoke about the important role of the exhibitions in the development of communication between the expert community and people of the Siberian Region in his welcoming speech: ‘I’m glad that the 22nd and the 23rd international exhibitions devoted to such seminal spheres as security and the development of IT technologies opened today. It means that our platform here in Novosibirsk is popular with specialists and experts as a place for professional dialogue and an exhibition platform where they can demonstrate new telecommunications solutions, as well as emergency and rescue equipment. I’m convinced that every such exhibition gives unique opportunities for professional talk between specialists. These events provide opportunities for exchanging new views on the common stereotypes of solving various issues. I am sure that today’s exhibition will contribute to the development of dialogue between experts, authorities, and ordinary citizens’.

General Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise ‘The Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network’ Andrey Romanchenko also gave a speech talking about interim results of implementing the Federal State Dedicated Program ‘Development of Television Broadcasting in the Russian Federation for 2009-2015’.
