Conference of prominent surgeons from all over the world is held at the Novosibirsk Expocentre

Scientists and practicing surgeons from all over the world came together at the Novosibirsk Expocentre to discuss new directions and remote results of open and endovascular interventions on patients with vascular disorders.

During three days the specialists will be sharing their experiences and achievements in the sphere of vascular surgery.

The number of deaths caused by diseases of carotid arteries is second to death rate from myocardial infarction, therefore, one of crucial topics discussed at the conference is carotid artery damage diagnostics. Carotid artery damage diagnostics have lately become simpler thanks to the use of ultrasonic examination methods. Considering the low amount of deaths during surgeries of this type, which is much less than the stroke death rates, surgical treatment of carotid arteries must be performed in a highly professional manner.  

Another relevant subject is discussing the methods of aortic aneurism diagnostics.

Endoprosthethetic techniques of treating aortic aneurism is an essentially new type of surgery that yields the best results. Opportunities, achievements, and details concerning this surgical treatment tmethod will be also discussed at the conference. 

Third section of the conference scientific program is devoted to treating patients with disorders of lower limb arteries. It is planned that the specialists will discuss and analyze new variants of surgeries conducted for treatment of such severe conditions as the diabetic foot.
