Russian Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship
Russian Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship will take place in Novosibirsk Expo Centre. The competition will be held from 16 to 19 January 2020 and will gather more than three hundred athletes from over fifty regions of the country.
Ten sets of rewards will be raffled, six in the Olympic (to 60, to 67, to 77, to 97, to 97 and to 130 kg) and four in Non-Olympic (to 55, to 63, to 72 and to 82 kg) weight categories.
The motto of the 2020 Russian Championship is “The Choice of the Strong.”
The Government of the Novosibirsk Region, the Novosibirsk Mayor's office, Russian Wrestling Federation and Novosibirsk Region Wrestling Federation are the organisers of the event. The Renewal Production Pharmaceutical Company has become the title sponsor of the national championship; Komsomolskaya Pravda Novosibirsk Branch, Dacha Radio, OTS Television Company and Russia24 have become the main media partners.
