Loading-Unloading Operations
Cargoes are only brought to the pavilions and carried out of the pavilions through the cargo gate, only during the days of performing mounting and dismounting work.
Loading-unloading and handling operations using machinery at the territory of the exhibition complex are only performed by the employees of the storage and logistics department at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex according to the cargo acceptance schedule.
Participants of events are not allowed to use cargo-lifting equipment (cranes, automatic and other loading vehicles, stackers, and hydraulic carts) at the entire territory of the exhibition complex.
Loading-unloading work and services are only ordered through the event organizer, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Self-propelled exhibits are driven inside and placed at the pavilion only in the company of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex storage and logistics department representative according to the cargo acceptance schedule, provided that entering the pavilions of the Complex has been approved by the Project and Design Supervision Department of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex. It is required that self-propelled exhibits should be clean, including clean wheels or caterpillar tracks, with no signs of technical fluid leakage.
Driving vehicles with large and heavyweight cargoes into the pavilions is only permitted after receiving the approval from the storage and logistics department of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex.
Carrying large and heavyweight cargoes out of the Complex on the last day of event is only permitted after receiving the approval from the storage and logistics department of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex.
