OPTICS EURASIA 2013

Dear colleagues, we invite you to take part in OPTICS EURASIA 2013, the exhibition of optics, optometry and ophthalmology. The next exhibition will be held in Novosibirsk Expocenter (Russia, Novosibirsk city) from 6 to 8 november 2013. According  to the result of both past exhibitions,  it can be started that OPTICS EURASIA  has regular exponents as well as regular visitors. Geography of visitors covers 37 population areas of Russia. Make a powerful presentation of the company, you can to use as an individual booth, such participating in the collective national pavilion. A collective pavilion is shared by several exhibitors, which means many attention in exhibition hall and reduced costs (i.e., the costs associated with space rental, advertising campaign, stand construction, exhibit items transportation, and customs clearance).

Individual booth participation conditions:

• Registration fee (125 EURO).
• Participants are provided with hotel accommodation at a discount price and free transportation from the hotel to the exhibition center.
• Project of the booth depends on the wishes of the exhibitor.
• Deadline for submitting applications, closing contracts, and providing information for the official exhibition catalog and advertising models for stand branding is October 21, 2013.

Collective pavilion participation conditions:

• Collective pavilion exhibitors are exempted from the registration fee (125 EURO).
• Participants are provided with hotel accommodation at a discount price and free transportation from the hotel to the exhibition center.
• Deadline for submitting applications, closing contracts, and providing information for the official exhibition catalog and advertising models for stand branding is October 21, 2013.
• Area of the pavilion: 60 sq.m for 6 to 8 exhibitors, 30 sq.m for 4 exhibitors.

Participation cost for one company:

• 1184 EURO  (collective stand for 6 exhibitors);
• 900 EURO (collective stand for 8 exhibitors).
