INFOSIBERIA

The Inter-Regional Forum ‘Infosiberia’ is a complex event aimed at creating an open public space for developers and consumers of information technologies and services, their interaction and coordination in the process of implementing local, regional, inter-regional, and global programs, first of all, in the social sphere.

The main goal of this event is boosting the development of modern informational infrastructure, the system of promoting innovations, direct contact between research centres, and increasing the quality of life for people, based on modern technologies.

The main objective here is forming a platform that is to ensure direct contact between the specialists from the East and West of Russia using modern views on the development of science, technical solutions, and technologies. The Forum allows establishing face-to-face interaction between innovation developers in the sphere of informational technologies, scientists, representatives of customers, and the population. The new approaches and technologies presented at the Exhibition and intended for fulfilling a wide range of tasks using state-of-the-art IT solutions and models contributes to the development of professional competences among specialists from various spheres of national economy.  

The structure of the Inter-Regional Forum is based on simultaneously conducted theme conferences, panel discussions, exhibition of informational products, and services.

The Forum is supported by the Novosibirsk Region Department of Informatization and Development of Telecommunication Technologies, the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, the Russian Healthcare Ministry Central Research Institute of Organizing and Providing Healthcare Information, federal and regional governmental organizations, and certain non-governmental and scientific organizations.

List of main topics included into the scientific program:

•   Global information space. Development priorities, challenges, and solutions. State policy in the sphere of information technologies: current state, trends, resources, opportunities;
•   Territorial infrastructure, technologies, and interaction of state information systems. Creating, developing, and integrating federal, regional, and municipal resources and services;
•   System of supporting Russian developers working in the ICT sphere. Priority research and development vectors in the sphere of information technologies. System of state support in the sphere of training,employment, and professional growth of specialists;  
•   Industry-specific information system. Architecture, technologies, best practices;
•   Special seminars and panel discussions.

The conference and exhibition is waiting for specialists who work on introducing information systems in healthcare, social sphere, education, science, and industry, developers, and end users of the specified systems.
