Housing and Utility Sector Forum for the Novosibirsk Region

On July 9 the Housing and Utility Sector Forum for the Novosibirsk Region starts as part of the project held by the “UNITED RUSSIA” Party – “The School of Skilled Consumer”.

The Forum will include the discussions of relevant issues in the housing and utility sector, such as: the quality of utility services, legal relations between landlords and housing management organizations, as well as homeowners’ associations, implementing the regional system for the repair of apartment houses etc. The Forum will be featuring Deputies of the Russian Federation State Duma, Deputies of the Novosibirsk Region Legislative Assembly and the Deputy Council of Novosibirsk, who represent relevant committees and commissions, the representatives of executive authorities, as well as the representatives of housing management companies of Novosibirsk.
